By accessing or using dani.zone and any dani applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or decompile our applications
• Share account credentials with others
• Use our services for automated scraping or abuse

5. Intellectual Property

All dani applications, designs, and content are owned by Claivis. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
